At YUGOT, we care deeply about privacy. We believe in transparency, and we are committed to being upfront about our policy practices, including how we treat your personal information. We know you care about your privacy too, so we provide settings that allow you to choose how certain information is used by YUGOT. This policy explains our privacy practices for www.YUGOT.com (“Site”), YUGOT mobile applications (“Apps”), YUGOT Payments and other services provided by YUGOT. This policy does not apply to practices of third parties who may collect or receive data in connection with your use of the Services.

By using YUGOT Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

YUGOT exists to help build connections between people and to interconnect the world. The community is built on trust, and trust means being clear about how to use information and protect your (“the user”) human right to privacy. This Privacy Notice describes how YUGOT Platform, and its affiliates (“we,”, “us,” or “YUGOT”) processes individual personal information collected through the YUGOT Platform. Depending on where you live and what you are doing on the YUGOT Platform, the supplemental privacy pages below may apply to you. Please review the information provided with information about how we process personal information for these regions and services.

YUGOT also provides a social-media inspired market place platform that uses artificial intelligence to suggest to relevant users display items for potential buyers based on user preferences and other information submitted to it. You can search for items, log in to your profile and view other profiles via the website and app. The information will also be visible to search engines, including but not limited to the photos that you (“the user”) posts. When using the YUGOT Platform, we (“YUGOT”) collects, uses and shares information that identifies you (“the user”), or is associated with you (“personal information”). Collecting such data provides a safe, efficient and personalised experience and we only collect information relating to what we (“YUGOT”) deem necessary for this purpose.

 

1. What Personal Information About Customers Does YUGOT Collect?

We collect your personal information to provide and continually improve our products and services. The information is collected from you when you voluntarily submit it to us and when you use the YUGUT Platform and Service. This includes information provided when register to use the Platform, completed forms, listing of items, subscribing to a mailing list or other marketing communications or take an action on the Platform (examples include perform a search, communication with others or engage in transactions).

– Information you give us: we receive and store any information you provide in relation to YUGOT services. You can choose not to provide certain information, but this means you may not be able to fully take advantage of the YUGOT services.

– Automatic Information: We (“YUGOT”) automatically collects and stores certain types of information about your (“the users”) use of YUGOT Services, including information about your interaction with content and services available through YUGOT Platform. Similar to many websites, we use “cookies” and unique identifies obtaining certain types of information when your web browser or device accesses YUGOT services and other content services by or on behalf of YUGOT on other websites.

– Information from Other Sources: We (“YUGOT”) might receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery and address information from our carriers, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase more easily.

– Registration, Account Setup and Service Usage: To use the YUGOT Services, you will need to submit a valid email address and register using a name associated with your account. You can modify the name through account settings. To enable us you provide you with such services, we need this information to be provided. Additional information can include shape name, billing and payment information (including billing contact name, address, telephone number, credit card information), a telephone number, and/or a physical postal address may be necessary to provide a particular YUGOT Service. We may store credit card information and other information provided to us during checkout for billing and payment purposes and to process your transactions. Members in certain countries can choose to save their credit card information to ease checkout for future purchases. If you’re in the EU, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you (“the user”) may be asked to authenticate your payment method when you place your order by responding promptly to your card issuer and providing additional information, such as correct response for a question or password. YUGOT may also contact individual accounts to request more information about their online YUGOT Platform or items listed through the Services, or even ask buyers to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable law. In order to use certain products or services on YUGOT you may be required to complete an application of information, however, information submitted through the application process will not be displayed publicly and only used internally, unless otherwise specified.

– Profile: You (“the user”) can provide your name and other personal information (such as birthday, gender, location in connection with your account and activity. You can edit or remove this information through your account settings. The name associated with your account (modified in your account settings) is publicly displayed and conntected to your YUGOT activity. Other members can see the date you joined, ratings, reviews and information relating to the items you (“the user”) has listed for sale, your shop pages and policies, favourite followers and those you follow, sold item listings and number of items sold, comments you post in community spaces and information you decide to share via social networks.

– For sellers: we may collect and use information about you (“the user”) to feature you in marketing and advocacy materials and to feature you and your shop profile on and off the platform as provided for in YUGOT’s terms of use. We may also ask you about demographic information, such as rate, ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender identity in relation so specific marketing and advocacy projects and campaigns, and this information is completely voluntarily provided and only used with consent.

– Automated Information: YUGOT automatically receives and records information from your browser or your mobile device when you visit the Site, use the Apps, or use certain features of the YUGOT Services. Examples include your IP address or unique device identifier, cookies, and data about which pages you visit and how you interact with those pages in order to allow us to operate and provide the Services. This information is stored in log files and collected automatically. YUGOT may also receive similar information provided by a connected “Internet of Things” device such as a voice-activated assistant or Smart TV. YUGOT may combine this information from your browser or your mobile device with other information that we or our advertising or marketing partners collect about you, including across devices. This information is used to prevent fraud and keep the Services secure, to analyse and understand how the Services work for members and visits, and to provide advertising, including across your devices, and a more personalised experience for members and visitors. YUGOT also automatically collects device-specific information you install, access, or use our Services. This information can include information such as the hardware model, operating system information, app version, app usage and debugging information, browser information, IP address, and device identifiers. – Data from YUGOT Vendors and Suppliers: We also receive information about our vendors and suppliers about you (“the user). This information can include customer service interactions, payment information, delivery information, and information shared in YUGOT forums.

– Data from Advertising and Marketing Partners: YUGOT receives information from our advertising and marketing partners about you. This information can include attribution information via cookies and UTM tags in URLs to determine where a visit to YUGOT comes from, responses to marketing emails and advertisements, responses to offers and audience information from partners who you have given consent to share that information with us.

– Location Information: We collect information about your (“the User”) use of the Services for advertising, for analytics, to sere content, and to protect the Services. This can include your IP address, browser information and device information. When you use the Apps, you can choose to share your geolocation details with YUGOT in order to use functions like our local marketplace, maps, and for-in person sales. You can choose to publish your location when you sell on YUGOT. We also obtain location information you provide in your profile or your IP address. With your consent, we can also determine location by using other information from your device, such as the precise location information from GPS or information about wireless networks or cell towers near your mobile device. We use and store information about your location to provide features and to improve and customise the Services, for example, for YUGOT’s internal analytics and performance monitoring, localisation, regional requirements and policies for the Services, for local content, search results, and recommendations, for delivery and mapping services and marketing. If you have consented to share your precise device location details but would no longer like to continue sharing the information with us, you may revoke your consent to the sharing of that information through the settings on the Apps or on your mobile device. Certain non-precise location services, such as for the security and localised policies based on your IP address or submitted address, are critical for the Site to function. We will only share your geolocation with third parties in order to provide you with the Services. You can choose to enable the Apps to access your mobile device’s camera to upload photographs to YUGOT.

– Analytics Information: We use data analytics software to ensure Site and App functionality and to improve the YUGOT Platform. This software records informations such as how often you use the Apps, what happens within the Apps, aggregated usage, performance data, app errors and debugging information, and where the Apps were downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information that you submit within the mobile application. – Information from Third Parties: Some members or visitors may choose to connect to YUGOT or register a YUGOT account using an external third-party application, such as Facebook, or an app developed using YUGOT’s API. Connecting your YUGOT account to a third-party application or services is optional. If choosing to connect your account to application, it is subject to your agreements with that third party (like their Terms of Use and collect public information in order to connect with you, such as when we communicate with a third-party privacy notices), and YUGOT can receive information from that application. We may also you over social media. We may use that information as part of providing the Services to you. You can also choose to share some of your activity on YUGOT on certain social media networks that are connected to your YUGOT account, and you can revoke your permission anytime in your account settings. Certain third-party applications that you use to create or sign in to your account may provide you with the option to discontinue receiving messages from us or allows you to forward those messages to another email address. If we are unable to send you critical messages about your account, we may suspend or terminate your account.

– Non-Member Information: YUGOT receives or obtains information (for example, email addresses or IP addresses) about a person who is not yet a registered YUGOT member (“a non- member”) in connection with certain YUGOT features. For example, when a non-member chooses to subscribe to a YUGOT newsletter, a member invites a non-member to visit the Site, a non-member engages in a transaction, a member sends a gift card to a non-member or a non-member uses Guest Checkout to make a purchase. Non-member information is used only functioning of YUGOT’s Services or where YUGOT has a legitimate interest, or to facilitate action authorised by a member or the non-member.

– Pattern by YUGOT: We also contain certain information from both members and non- members who visit websites hosted by us. This information can include your IP address or unique device identifiers, and cookies and data from the pages you visit. – Usage Information: Such as the images or content you view, searches for Listings items purchased, and other actions on the YUGOT Platform.

– Cookies and Similar Technologies: Described in our Cookie Policy.

– Payment Transaction Information: Payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date, and billing postcode, Paypal email address, IBAN information your address and other related transaction details.

– Information about fraudulent or criminal activity relating to your account: We use information about fraudulent or criminal activity relating to your (“the user”) use of our Service for legitimate interests and detecting and preventing fraud or crime and to comply with our legal obligations. We may monitor, including by AI means, the information you provide potential fraud or breach Terms and Conditions.

– All Personal Information: We (“YUGOT”) use the personal information we collect to monitor and improve our Service, App and Site and our procedures and processes. We also use personal information to help us develop new products and services and does not result in information that was not previously publicly available being made public on our Platform. We use personal information maintained about you to resolve disputes between users, to provide user support, to troubleshoot problems and to enforce our Terms and Agreements and policies, including the Privacy Policy.

– Sensitive Information: We collect personal information deemed “deemed data”, which may include information about your religious beliefs, physical and mental health details, sexual life or sexual orientation or racial or ethnic origin to comply with our government regulations or guidance or when you explicitly consented to us collecting this type of information about you. Where you provide sensitive personal information to us on the YUGOT Platform, you hereby confirm that you are deliberately making this information public of your own violation and accept that we may request that you remove such data from the service.

– Purchase and delivery of products and services: we also use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.

– Provide voice, image and camera services: When you use our voice, image and camera services, we use your (“the user”) input, images, videos and other personal information to respond to your requests, provide the requested service to you, and improve our services.

 

2. How YUGOT uses information collected

 

2.1 Provide, Improve, and Develop the YUGOT Platform

We use personal information to:

– Enable you to access the YUGOT Platform and make and receive payments

– Enable you to communicate with other Members

– Perform analytics, debug and conduct research

– Provide customer service

– Send you messages, updates, security alerts, and account notifications

– Personalise and customise your experience based on your interactions with the YUGOT Platform, your search and purchase history, your profile information and preferences, and other content you submit

– Enable your use of our enterprise products.

 

2.2 Create and Maintain a Trusted and Safer Environment

We use personal information to:

– Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security and safety incidents, and other harmful activity

– Study and combat discrimination

– Conduct security investigations and risk assessments

– Verify or authenticate information provided by you

– Conduct checks against databases and other information sources, including background or police checks

– Comply with our legal obligations, protect the health and well-being of our Users

– Resolve disputes with our Members

– Enforce our agreements with third parties

– Comply with law, respond to legal requests, prevent harm and protect our rights

– Enforce our Terms and other policies

– In connection with the activities above, we may conduct profiling based on your interactions with the YUGOT Platform, your profile information and other content you submit to YUGOT, and information obtained from third parties. In limited cases, automated processes could restrict or suspend access to the YUGOT Platform if such processes detect activity that we think poses a safety or other risk to YUGOT, our community, or third parties. 2.3 Provide, Personalize, Measure, and Improve our Advertising and Marketing

We may use personal information to:

– Send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising, and other information based on your preferences and social media advertising through social media platforms

– Personalise, measure, and improve our advertising

– Administer referral programs, rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by YUGOT or its third-party partners

– Analyse characteristics and preferences to send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising and other information that we think might be of interest to you

– Invite you to events and relevant opportunities

 

2.4 Provide Payment services

Personal information is used to enable or authorize third parties to use Payment Services:

– Detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, abuse, security incidents.

– Conduct security investigations and risk assessments.

– Comply with legal obligations (such as anti-money laundering regulations).

– Enforce the Payment Terms and other payment policies.

– With your consent, send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising, and other information that may be of interest to you based on your preferences.

– Provide and improve the Payment Services.

 

3. Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 Where you provide consent, we share your information as described at the time of consent, such as when authorising a third-party application or website to access your YUGOT account or participating in promotional activities by YUGOT partners or third parties.

Where permissible with applicable law, we may use certain information about you, such as your email address, de-identify it, and share it with social media platforms, to generate leads, drive traffic to YUGOT or otherwise promote our products and services.

3.2 You can also make certain information publicly visible to others, such as:

– Your public profile page, which includes your profile photo, first name, description, and city.

– Listing pages that include information about your listings

– Experience’s approximate or precise location description, calendar availability, profile photo, aggregated demand information (like page views over a period of time), and additional information you choose to share.

– Reviews, ratings and other public feedback.

– Content in a community or discussion forum, blog or social media post.

We may display parts of your public profile and other Content you make available to the public like Listing details on third-party sites, platforms and apps.

Information you share publicly on the YUGOT Platform may be indexed through third-party search engines. In some cases, you may opt-out of this feature in your account settings.

3.3 We may also disclose your information to courts, law enforcement, governmental or public authorities, tax authorities, or authorized third parties, if and to the extent we are required or permitted to do so by law or where disclosure is reasonably necessary:

(i) to comply with our legal obligations

(ii) to comply with a valid legal request or to respond to claims asserted against YUGOT

(iii) to respond to a valid legal request relating to a criminal investigation to address alleged or suspected illegal activity, or to respond to or address any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to legal or regulatory liability

(iv) to enforce and administer our agreements with Members

(v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of YUGOT, its employees, its Members, or members of the public.

3.4 Where appropriate, we may notify Members about legal requests unless:

(i) providing notice is prohibited by the legal process itself, by court order we receive, or by applicable law

(ii) we believe that providing notice would be futile, ineffective, create a risk of injury or bodily harm to an individual or group, or create or increase a risk of fraud upon or harm to YUGOT, our Members, or expose YUGOT to a claim of obstruction of justice.

3.5 We share personal information with affiliated and unaffiliated service providers to help us run our business, including service providers that help us:

(i) verify your identity or authenticate your identification documents

(ii) check information against public databases

(iii) conduct background or police checks, fraud prevention, and risk assessment

(iv) perform product development, maintenance and debugging

(v) allow the provision of the YUGOT Services through third-party platforms and software tools (e.g. through the integration with our APIs)

(vi) Provide customer service, advertising or payments services.

(vii) process, handle or assess insurance claims or similar claims

(viii) facilitate non-profit and charitable activities consistent with YUGOT’s mission. These providers are contractually bound to protect your personal information and have access to your personal information to perform these tasks.

3.6 If YUGOT undertakes or is involved in any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or insolvency event, then we may sell, transfer or share some or all of our assets, including your information in connection with such transaction or in contemplation of such transaction (e.g., due diligence). In this event, we will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3.7 When you create an account on the Service a user profile will be generated for you that makes the following information publicly available: user name, country and city location, your followers and who you are following, details about the items you are selling. If you add any of the following information to your profile this will also be made publicly available: profile picture, profile description and website address. We will not directly reveal user email addresses to other users, however we may pass your email address to a seller where you have purchased an item.

3.8 When you list an item for sale on the Service information you add to the listing will be made publicly available such as the item photograph, price, item description, accepted payment method and delivery options. Any comments or likes other users add to your item listing will also be made publicly available as well as any reply comments or images you post. Other users may also share a link to an item they have bought from you via the Service on other social media channels which link to the Service, but this will not result in any information that was not already public, being made public.

3.9 Some of your activities on the Services are public by default. These activities are when you follow a user, or a user follows you, when you comment on or like an item, when you list an item for sale, when your item is sold, or when you purchase an item.

3.10 Where you have chosen to do so we will post updates about your use of the Service to social networks you connect to the Service on your behalf.

3.11 YUGOT is affiliated with a variety of businesses and works closely with them for a variety of purposes, including assisting us to perform and improve the Services. These businesses may sell items or services to you through the Services or, with your consent, offer promotions (including email promotions) to you. YUGOT also provides services or sells products jointly with affiliated businesses, including providing you with the opportunity to sign up with such partners and allow them to more effectively market to you. When an affiliated business assists in facilitating your transaction, we may need to share information related to the transaction with that affiliated business in order to facilitate your transaction, and this forms part of the Services we provide in accordance with our Terms of Use. We rely on consent (which can be withdrawn at any time) to send marketing messages and for third- party sharing relating to advertising. As part of this, we may work with advertising partners such as Facebook or Google and we may use analytics aggregated from usage information including, for example, search keywords, favourites, browsing history and purchase history.

 

4. Third party Information

We may share your personal information with the following parties:

– Companies in the same group of companies as us – our subsidiaries (i.e. any organisation we own or control) or our ultimate holding company (i.e. any organisation that owns or controls us) and any subsidiaries it owns. These companies will only use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Privacy Policy.

– Service providers – third parties who provide a service to us. These third parties will only be allowed to use your personal information in accordance with our instructions and will be required to keep your information secure. In particular, we may share the personal information you provide to us with shipping providers identity verification service providers, moderators who monitor our Service (to ensure our Terms of Service are being adhered to that no criminal activity is taking place using our Service), third party payment providers (for the purposes of processing any sales transactions you have consented to) and Site or Service analytics providers. In some cases, our service providers may collect information directly from you (e.g. if they are asked to conduct a survey for us), and in these cases you will be notified of the involvement of the service provider, and all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional. If you provide additional information to a service provider directly, then their use of your information is governed by their applicable privacy policy.

– Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons – third parties who we are under a legal obligation to disclose your personal information to or who we need to disclose your personal information to protect our rights, property or safety or the rights, property or safety of others, detect and investigate illegal activities and breaches of any agreement we have with you.

 

5. How Secure is your personal information?

We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.

– We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software.

– We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data.

– We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of customer personal information. Our security procedures mean that we may ask to verify your identity before we disclose personal information to you.

– Our devices offer security features to protect them against unauthorized access and loss of data. You can control these features and configure them based on your needs.

– It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. We recommend using a unique password for your YUGOT account that is not used for other online accounts. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

 

6. Retention

YUGOT will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, for as long as your account is active (i.e., for the lifetime of your YUGOT member account), or as needed to provide the Services to you. If you no longer want YUGOT to use your information to provide the Services to you, you may close your account. YUGOT will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this policy. In addition, YUGOT sellers may also be required to retain and use your information in order to comply with their own legal obligations. Please note that closing your account may not free up your email address, username, or shop name (if any) for reuse on a new account. We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally retained for a brief period of time, except in cases where they are used for site safety and security, to improve site functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain them for longer time periods.

The personal information we collect may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the EEA including to our affiliates and our third party Service moderators. It may also be processed by staff (who work for us or for one of our suppliers) and other users of the Service operating outside the EEA, in order to fulfil a purchase, process payment details and provide support and verification services. Some of these jurisdictions offer differing levels of protection in respect of personal information and may, in certain instances, be less protective than the UK. However the transfer of your data to other countries in line with this Privacy Policy, shall only be to countries in respect of which an adequacy decision has been issued by the European Commission, or where the entity is bound an appropriate confidentiality and data transfer agreement as deemed adequate by the European Commission. Where we use providers based in the US, we may transfer data to them if they have agreed to the Standard Contractual Clauses, as approved by the European Commission, which requires them to provide similar protection to personal information shared between Europe and the US. If we collect your personal information in Australia, it may also be transferred to and stored in countries outside Australia including to our affiliates and our third party service providers who are located in countries including the UK, USA, and India. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any relevant privacy laws. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through our Service; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

 

7. Your Rights and Choices

Certain privacy laws around the world, including the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), provide users with rights related to their personal information. Consistent with those laws, YUGOT gives you the choice of accessing, editing, or removing certain information, as well as choices about how we contact you. You may change or correct your YUGOT account information through your account settings. You may also remove certain optional information that you no longer wish to be publicly visible through the Services, such as your name. You can also request to permanently close your account and delete your personal information. Depending on your location, you may also benefit from a number of rights with respect to your information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply in limited cases.

– Right to Access & Portability: You can access certain personal information associated with your account by visiting your account privacy settings. You can request a copy of your personal information in an easily accessible format and information explaining how that information is used.

– Right to Correction: You have the right to request that we rectify inaccurate information about you. By visiting your account settings, you can correct and change certain personal information associated with your account.

– Right to Restrict Processing: In certain cases where we process your information, you may also have the right to restrict or limit the ways in which we use your personal information.

– Right to Deletion: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, except information we are required to retain by law, regulation, or to protect the safety, security, and integrity of YUGOT.

– Right to Object: If we process your information based on our legitimate interests as explained above, or in the public interest, you can object to this processing in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will cease processing your information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing or where it is needed for legal reasons. Where we use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can object using the unsubscribe link in such communications or changing your account email settings.

– Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on consent, you can choose to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information using specific features provided to enable you to withdraw consent, like an email unsubscribe link or your account privacy preferences. If you have consented to share your precise device location details but would no longer like to continue sharing that information with us, you can revoke your consent to the sharing of that information through the settings on your mobile device. This is without prejudice to your right to generally permanently close your account and delete your personal information.

The CCPA provides California residents with the following additional rights:

– Right to Know: California residents may request disclosure of the specific pieces and/or categories of personal information that the business has collected about them, the categories of sources for that personal information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting the information, the categories of personal information that we have disclosed, and the categories of third parties with which the information was shared.

– Right to Opt-Out: To the extent that YUGOT “sells” personal information(as that term is defined under the CCPA), California residents are entitled to opt-out of the “sale” of data at any time. If you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your personal information, you can do so via your YUGOT account settings. Alternatively, you can exercise any of the rights above by contacting us by submitting a message through our contact form available in our Help Centre, chat support, or through any other channels available via our Help Centre. Once you contact us to exercise any of your rights, we will confirm receipt of your request.

Limiting use of, or deleting, your personal information may impact features and uses that rely on that information. Please note that we may verify your identity before we are able to process any of the requests described in this Section, and in our discretion, deny your request if we are unable to verify your identity. As a part of this process, government or other identification may be required. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government issued identification, and the authorised agent’s valid government issued identification, and we may verify the authenticity of the request directly with you.

While no organisation can guarantee perfect security, we are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration.

 

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with applicable law. If we do so, we will post the revised Privacy Policy and update the “Last Updated” date at the top. In case of material changes, we will also provide you with notice of the modification by email at least thirty (30) days before the effective date. If you disagree with the revised Privacy Policy, you can cancel your Account. 11. Complaints

In the event that you have a complaint about our treatment of your personal information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, the Information Commissioner – ico.org.uk. However YUGOT welcomes the opportunity to resolve any complaint and we would suggest you first refer your complaint to our Data Protection Officer prior to making a complaint to the Information Commissioner.

If you reside in Australia and If you have any complaints relating to the management of your personal information that was collected in Australia, please forward your complaint in writing to our Data Protection Officer.

Our Data Protection Officer will consider the complaint and advise you of their decision in writing within a reasonable time from receipt of the complaint. If you are not satisfied after lodging a complaint with us and have given us reasonable time to respond, then you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
